(Introduction)
We are a creative collective rooted in storytelling
and built on differences.
With imagination as our ally we fight mediocrity. Storytelling, style and taste sit at the center of everything we do.
We bring the right people together for the right challenge, shape every project around what makes sense.
No bloated structure.
No autopilot.
No one-size-fits-all thinking.
We like strong choices.
Clear positioning.
Culturally relevant work that resonates.

(The Model)
(1)
We don't believe every project needs the same team, process, or answer. magla curates senior talent around each project — built on context, mindset, and creative fit.
(2)
More flexibility, better judgment, stronger work. Less formula. More intention.
(3)
Result - work that actually moves. Concepts with a point of view, made by people who'd never let it be boring. That's the part you can't fake, and it's the part people remember.

Founders

Nika Gordeziani
(Head of Taste department)
Nika is an LA - based creative director though his story began in Tbilisi, Georgia, where his passion for film and design first took root. As he moved across industries, from beverages to fashion, he became the quiet force behind campaigns and teams. He got in advertising in 2015 with a bold opening move - a bluff! A full campaign for a beer brand that didn't exist. It broke Georgia's internet, rattled the real beverage market, and suddenly actual brands were calling. That became Ideafix, later Common Ads, a creative agency that became one of the country's most successful independents at the time. His work includes a Ragnar Pilsner film campaign starring Dolph Lundgren, which landed on the CLIO network's Ads of the World.

Luciana Mello
(Head of Point of view)
Aka Lu, is a creative who works across strategy, concept, and experience. She came up in São Paulo, city that "mass produces" some of the best creatives in the world, and she's unmistakably of that lineage. She followed the gravity to LA and landed inside some of the most reputable production companies in the US, working hand in hand with the biggest agencies in the country. What sets her apart is what she's tuned to: the cultural thread running under everything, the thing that actually connects people. She can read a room, a city, a crowd, a moment, and tell you what matters to it before it's caught up to itself. She's obsessed with her ideas, the kind of obsessed that's contagious, and she's not here to play it safe. She's here to make noise! That's the point of view.

(FAQ)
mah-glah. That's it. There's a whole film about it. THIS is how you say it.
No, and on purpose. We're a boutique collective. we build the right team around your project instead of cramming your project into the same team we use for everyone. Less formula. more intention.
Our work's been recognized internationally, including a film with Dolph Lundgren that ran on CLIO's Ads of the World, and Nika built one of Georgia's most successful independent agencies before this. Also several honorable mentions in arguments. But who's counting.
We do. In fact we believe AI thing is a good thing! We use it to dream bigger, imagine bolder and move faster.
Sure, good luck on that! :)
FYI: AI can generate a logo, a color palette, or even an entire brand identity. But at the end of the day, it's a machine making predictions based on patterns and probabilities. What it can't do is develop taste, vision and a point of view. AI can create options, but it doesn't understand culture, nuance, or why one idea feels distinctive while another feels generic. It has no sense of art direction, no instinct, and no opinion. Think of it this way: AI can follow a recipe. It can't create a signature dish.
Oh yeah. We build teams around projects, so we're always looking for people who are hard to ignore. Say Hi → hello@wearemagla.com
Ongoing. No ceasefire planned. Casualties: bad logos, lazy briefs, beige campaigns.
